Assistant Property Manager

As Assistant Property Manager, Sheyla Walker assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations at the 450,000 rentable square foot project consisting of 12 suburban office building campus located in Walnut Creek. Sheyla handles vendor management, performs property accounting, maintains positive client and tenant relation, and supports the Property Manager with tenant improvements, construction and project management. Her prior management experience included Facilities Management for the State of Texas Department of Health and Human Services, Commercial Office Property Management in San Francisco for CBRE as an Assistant Real Estate Manager, and 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. Sheyla has a BS in Business Management and AS in Legal Administration.
