  • Office: Low to high-rise buildings; Single-tenant and multi-tenant properties

Acquisition Characteristics

  • Single asset and portfolio transactions, vacant or partially leased properties

  • Properties with additional land and/or entitlements, vacant or underutilized land

  • Minimum valuation of $10 million

  • Target levered IRR of 15%+ for value-add properties; 11%+ for core plus properties and 8%+ for core properties
