As senior property manager, Samantha Dugan is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of an 187,008 square foot office & retail project and a 180,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial property in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to her current position, Samantha worked for Voit Real Estate Services as an Asset Manager for Nevada & Utah and for American Nevada Company as a Senior Property Manager overseeing a large portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and hospitality properties. During her over 25 year career, she has managed over 12 million square feet in 8 states. In addition to being a licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker and having her Nevada Property Management Permit, Samantha has also earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through IREM and has served on the Nevada IREM’s Board of Directors.
