The Sierra Health Services campus was a build to suit for the United Health Care Network, one of the largest care and related services health care provider in Nevada. The six-story tower is the home office of Health Plan of Nevada, Inc. and the regional office of Sierra Health & Life Insurance Co. A separate two-level building of approximately 40,000 sq. ft. serves as the corporate headquarters for Sierra Health Services.
