As Senior Property Manager, Maria Montes is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of a 450,000 rentable square foot project consisting of 12 suburban office building campus located in Walnut Creek. Maria has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and managed over 29M Square Feet of property. Her property management experience working for direct owner, Institutional Ownership, REITS, Declarant and 3rd Party Management of commercial retail, office, industrial, land and mixed-use master plan communities in both Northern and Southern California which includes locations in the San Francisco Financial District, Downtown San Jose and Orange County Markets. Maria has a BS in Business Administration and holds a CA Real Estate Salesperson License.
