Property Manager

As Property Manager, Kelsey Joyce is responsible for the direct management and oversight of the Airport Business Center, a 1.2 million square foot multi-tenant industrial business park. Kelsey provides superior service to over 500 tenants in efforts to manage overall satisfaction and ensure a high level of tenant retention. Ms. Joyce manages the property operations while maximizing the asset value for its property owners, always working with the objective of meeting, or exceeding the owner’s NOI goals. Kelsey earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona and holds a CA Real Estate Salesperson License. Prior to her current role, Kelsey worked in multifamily residential before joining the Koll Company in 2018.
