Jordan Cobb
Acquisition Manager
As Acquisition Manager, Jordan is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of industrial and office properties in select markets. Jordan directs and oversees the acquisition process to ensure sound investment decisions and execution. In addition, he aids with asset management and financial reporting for properties currently under management. Jordan earned a bachelor's degree in the Science of Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate and marketing, from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a member of the Young Professionals Group (YPG). Jordan is a licensed real estate agent.
