As the Assistant Property Manager for the Northern California Portfolio, Jami is responsible for properties including the Walnut Creek Executive Park, a 12 building, 450,000 square foot office park in Walnut Creek, California. Jami handles day-to-day tenant and client relations and supports the Senior Property Manager with tenant improvements, construction, and project management. Before joining The Koll Company, Jami worked as a Project Coordinator at RiverRock Real Estate Group providing support on multiple properties daily. With her customer service background, Jami is focused on providing exceptional service to all she encounters.
