Property Administrator
As Property Administrator, Heather is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the Management Office in Walnut Creek, CA. She is responsible for managing work orders, overseeing the accounts receivable and payable functions, receptionist duties, maintaining lease data, and most importantly, tenant relations. Prior to joining Koll, Heather worked as the Senior Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of a non-profit organization. In addition, Heather has over 10 years’ experience in Restaurant Management. Heather does not shy away from creating, learning, collaborating or implementing new and creative solutions. Heather holds an active CA Real Estate Salesperson License and is a BOMI RPA candidate.
