Amy Callaghan is responsible for the management and operations of Walnut Creek Executive Park, a 12-building, 450,000 square foot office park in the Shadelands area of Walnut Creek, California. She is also responsible for two industrial properties, one in Sacramento containing 3 buildings and 225,000 square feet, and the other in Fremont, a single building 43,000 square foot property. Prior to her current position, Amy worked in all positions in real estate management, from Property Assistant to Asset Manager. She has managed millions of square feet in the Bay Area and Sacramento across all commercial property types. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from University of Phoenix, is a Real Property Administrator with BOMA, and holds a CA Real Estate Broker License.
