As property manager, Aaron Martinez is responsible for the direct management and oversight of 10 industrial assets totaling 2.3 million square feet. These properties are located in Northern California, Southern California, and Arizona. Aaron works closely with the tenants to provide excellent customer service, along with maximizing the goals and objectives for each property owner. Aaron is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles and holds a CA Real Estate Salesperson License. Prior to joining The Koll Company in 2022, Aaron spent six years managing office properties in the Los Angeles area.
